You hear her once – and you don’t forget. Marla Moya sings with a raw warmth and clear emotionality. Her songs are honest, unpretentious, and carry a quiet intensity – both timeless and rooted in the now. Her music echoes legends like Fleetwood Mac or Harry Nilsson, while resonating with the spirit of contemporary indie artists such as Angel Olsen and Weyes Blood.

In recent years, Marla toured around the world with her former partner as Marla & David Celia – playing over 1,000 shows, including performances at Glastonbury Festival and Mariposa Folk Fest.

A new chapter begins: under the name Marla Moya, she’s set to release her debut solo album Sanguine Soul in November via Backseat, produced by her biggest idol Robert Francis in Los Angeles at Arnwood Ranch Studio.
The band recorded live to tape – without a click track – a deliberate choice in favor of feel, space, and soul over perfection. Joining her are world-class musicians like Joachim Cooder and Doug Pettibone .
These songs trace the arc of transformation – of letting go, rediscovering oneself, facing fear, and holding onto hope. “Even though it doesn’t feel like a classic love-song album to me,” Marla says, “a golden thin thread runs through almost every track. Which makes sense – in the end, everything in life revolves around love.”
Marla Moya’s songs are both intimate and expansive – they open emotional spaces while staying grounded. In the end, you're never quite sure: is that a laugh or a cry?

George Houston

Hailing from the depths of rural Ireland, alternative Donegal singer songwriter George Houston was raised on classic folk, pop and rock from his parents vast collection of cds and vinyl, always encouraged to play freely with instruments, George developed a natural timeless sound, a voice beyond his years and a songwriting style sprinkled with nostalgia.

starting his music career in September 2020 with his bold debut single Boo Fucking Hoo, the track had instant local success pushing George to record his debut album Cold Toast at the young age of 19 followed by his second and third studio albums Undesired and Vehicular Suicide the following years cementing his distinctive sound with brooding vocals, airy harmonies and candid lyrics.

George has grown a large international audience from the viral reaction to his single In Aeternum Vive which was placed in Glastonburys longlist, as well as gaining the attention of acclaimed artist Declan McKenna who gave George his first play on BBC Radio One, and international legend Paul Weller, who invited George to open for his Irish and North American tour. George’s television appearances on Later… with Jools Holland, and The Tommy Tiernan Show, introduced his fourth album, TODC , catapulted him as one of the most promising up and coming Irish artists.

Sie lebt in Königstein im Taunus und in Hildesheim, wo sie Literarisches Schreiben studiert. 2020 erschien ihr Sachbuch »Die Vögel singen auch bei Regen« bei Eden Books. »Restsommer« ist ihr Romandebüt.

Planet Asia & Rasco bring a West Coast underground classic back to the stage Cali Agents — the duo of Planet Asia and Rasco — announce a special 25th anniversary tour celebrating their seminal debut album How The West Was One.

Originally released in 2000, How The West Was One stands as one of the most respected underground hip-hop albums of its era: a raw, no-frills statement of lyricism, craftsmanship, and West Coast identity.
